Many studies have revealed that camel milk (CaM) is a unique food, specially engineered by nature to sustain and value human health in difficult regions of the world. The CaM is rich with the anti-inflammatory, immunomodulatory and anti-oxidant agents which can decrease the levels of inflammatory factors such as tumor necrosis factor α, interleukins and transforming growth factor-β1 in human and animal samples with inflammatory diseases. This Is Why People Who Consume Camel Milk Are Healthier Than You!
